Why is a roof inspection important?
A roof inspection assesses the condition of your roof, identifying potential leaks or damage that could lead to costly repairs.
When should I schedule my inspection?
For a home purchase – prior to or upon receipt of a signed purchase agreement. Insurance needs – when your insurance agent or carrier recommends.
