Insurance inspections will require 30 to 90 minutes depending on the scope of work. The amount of time needed for others inspections vary according to the scope of work.
Do I have to have an inspection to buy a home?
No, a home inspection is not required for the purchase of a dwelling. However, it is highly recommended. Regardless of the age or type of dwelling, skipping this step in the home-buying process is not a prudent decision.
When should I schedule my inspection?
For a home purchase – prior to or upon receipt of a signed purchase agreement. Insurance needs – when your insurance agent or carrier recommends.
Do I need to attend the inspection?
Your attendance is not required. Within a couple days after our inspection, you will receive a written report. However, we welcome your presence at the inspection as well.
